The user menu now has a notification bell with an unread count. Open it to review project invitations, security alerts, CLI and MCP authorizations, and system updates.

The drawer has All and Unread filters, links to the affected resources, and controls to mark notifications as read or clear them. Notifications are also available through GET /api/user/notifications.
