#Unified Runtime Version Metadata

We identified a drift between the apivault-mcp package version and the version reported during client handshakes.

This release aligns the internal MCP handshake, the /health endpoint, and the web-hosted server-card metadata to dynamically pull their version directly from the package.json manifest. This ensures that AI coding agents and human administrators always see the exact, accurate runtime version.
