[Feature] The sidebar can be closed on desktop on the dashboard, project and settings pages. While it is closed, an open-sidebar button appears in the header to bring it back. The choice is remembered in a browser cookie, so pages load with the sidebar already closed instead of opening it and then hiding it.
[Feature] On desktop the sidebar's right edge can be pulled like a resize handle. Dragging it left slides the sidebar out of view, and dragging the strip at the left edge of the screen pulls it back. The sidebar keeps its width and snaps open or closed when released. Clicking the edge toggles it too.
