[Fix] Connecting a Vercel team that is already connected elsewhere reuses its installation. Disconnecting one of those projects used to uninstall ApiVault from the team, stopping syncing everywhere else. ApiVault now keeps the installation until the last project using it disconnects.
[Fix] When two ApiVault projects sync to the same Vercel project through one team, each sync used to treat the other project's variables as its own and delete them. Each link now only changes the variables it created, reports a same-name variable from the other project as a conflict, and unlinking deletes only its own variables.
