[Fix] Approving a different Cloudflare account with a login that was already connected replaced the first connection, so its Workers lost access. It now becomes its own connection, and the first one keeps working.
[Improvement] An approval that includes every account a connection already has updates that connection, and one for only some of a connection's accounts changes nothing. Either way, ApiVault hands the unused approval back to Cloudflare instead of leaving it authorized.
[Improvement] Reconnect always replaces the connection it belongs to, and the button below the connections now reads Connect Another Cloudflare Account.
