A linked project's sync status is now a dot on its avatar, and connection headers drop the project count the list already shows.

- [Improvement] A linked Vercel project, Supabase project or Cloudflare Worker shows its sync status as a colored dot on the corner of its avatar instead of a pill on a line of its own. Hover the avatar to see the state; a sync in progress pulses.
- [Improvement] Connection headers read "Connected by … on …" without the project or Worker count, since the cards below already show it.
