[Feature] When a check fails, the status page opens an incident that names what you'd notice, such as "Keys can't be revealed or saved", and posts Investigating, Monitoring and Resolved updates saying when it started, which services are affected and, for slow responses, how slow against normal.
[Feature] Each incident has its own page with every update, newest first. Open incidents show above the services, and past incidents show their updates inline.
