[Improvement] The status page's daily bars now include reported incidents, not only failed checks. A minor incident colours its days amber and a major or critical one red, and the day's tooltip names the incident.
[Improvement] A service named in an open incident now shows that incident's state, "Degraded performance" or "Outage", instead of "Operational".
[Fix] Uptime now counts the time of major and critical incidents as downtime, with overlapping incidents counted once. Degraded performance still doesn't lower it.
