[Fix] Requests could fail with a database connection timeout after a quiet period, because a connection the database had already closed blocked the next queries. Idle connections are now dropped after a minute, and a stuck connection times out instead of blocking others.
[Improvement] ApiVault's server functions now run in Frankfurt, the same region as its database, so every query has a much shorter round trip.
