[Fix] Our database host may close connections that stay open longer than 30 minutes. A busy connection that was closed could hold up other requests until they timed out, which showed as occasional sign-in or loading errors. Connections are now replaced after 5 minutes, and a closed one fails within 10 seconds instead of blocking others.
[Fix] The status page's database check now retries on a separate connection of its own, instead of resetting the connection pool that other requests share.
