#Account Self-Deletion & Comprehensive Legal Policies

This update introduces direct self-service account termination and refines our legal and privacy protections:

  • Permanent Account Deletion: Users can now permanently delete their account directly from Settings → General. The deletion triggers a complete cascading purge of all encrypted API keys, custom encryption settings, WebAuthn Passkeys, TOTP secrets, active sessions, CLI tokens, and MCP OAuth grants.
  • Enhanced Privacy Policy & Terms of Service: Updated legal terms to comprehensively cover zero-knowledge cryptographic architecture, client-side secret derivation, Passkey biometrics retention boundaries, and AI agent OAuth scope delegations.
  • Support Channel Standardization: Standardized support communications and security notices on support@apivault.tech.
