Documentation Page Scroll Reset Fix

Navigating between documentation pages while scrolled down now resets scroll position cleanly to the very top of the page instead of stopping with the page title tucked behind the sticky header.

#What's Changed

  • [Fix] Added data-scroll-behavior="smooth" to the root <html> element and instant scroll-to-top handling in DocsShell so route transitions between documentation pages no longer smooth-scroll to the nested article offset behind the sticky navigation bar.
