Mobile Navigation Pill Bar: On mobile viewports (<= 768px), the tall vertical settings navigation converts into a sleek, horizontally scrollable tab/pill bar with smooth touch gestures.
Active Tab Auto-Scroll: Navigating between settings pages automatically scrolls the current active tab pill into view.
Dedicated Mobile Search List: When typing a query, settings search expands into a full vertical results list with category headers and tags.
Responsive Box Layouts & Footers: Settings box footers, form actions, and item rows now adapt gracefully to smaller mobile viewports without clipping text or badges.
Mobile Loading Skeletons: Fixed skeleton container width collapsing and aligned mobile loading placeholders with full-width cards and footers.
Unified Button & Modal Styling: Standardized action buttons, dangerous action variants, and dialog action button rows with responsive stacking on small screens.
